Abstract

This chapter summarizes the important points on occurrence, fate, and ecotoxicological effects of emerging micropollutants (EMPs) on the environment and to humans. In addition, analyzing and removal technologies used for these compounds are being summarized too. Finally future research required about EMPs has been recommended. © 2020 Elsevier Inc.
