Abstract
Recently, the increased use of bisphenolic antioxidants in different industrial companies has been encouraged scientists to improve new approaches for the synthesis of phenolic antioxidants. In this chapter, a brief review of the synthesis of bisphenolic antioxidants is provided and the catalytic systems and antioxidant activity of them are highlighted. © 2020 by Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
