Content validity was calculated to quantify the content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI). The mean value of the content validity index was 0.91. The overall reliability coefficient of the instrument was 0.79. The value of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test was 0.83.
