Abstract

Worldwide pesticides usage has resulted in the presence of their residues in various environmental matrices such as water bodies. Human exposed by respiration, skin contact, and swallowing. The pesticide classification, detection, and removal methods have been presented in this chapter. The common methods for pesticide removal and the effective parameter in each method have been mentioned. © 2020 Elsevier Inc.
